Throughout his career he has lead countless marketing projects as the Founder of Brigital; a Digital Brand Marketing Manager with Newell Brands (Rubbermaid) and a Digital Marketing and Campaign Management Consultant with Accenture. Some of those projects include digital marketing strategies for some of the world’s most recognizable domestic and global brands; including L'Oreal Cosmetics, AstraZeneca, Calphalon, US Auto Sales, Contigo, Boys and Girls Club of America, Cox Communications, Sharpie, Elmer's Glue, Parker Pen and rOtring.

Ian R. Davis | Treasurer & Williams Family Representative
Ian Davis has publicly served for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a valuable member of Single Family Finance and Budget as well as Single Family Program & Development aspects of the Federal Housing Administration since 2010. Throughout his tenure at HUD, Ian has excelled in a systems security administrator and system compliance monitor role for various mission essential FHA systems. His daily tasks include providing customer service to vendors and civilians, analyzing financial data for federal reporting purposes, responding and resolving financial and IT audit requests, assisting with IT contract procurement endeavors, documenting processes, and implementing project roadmaps to develop Information Technology improvements as well as procurement policy improvements to increase the effectiveness of FHA processes. Ian seeks to develop future generations by providing wealth in the form of knowledge, impact, and financial scholarship to the youth and underserved members of his community.

Travis is a Technology and Procurement Manager for Catholic Charities of Washington, DC. He holds a B.S Degree in Marketing from Hampton University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Business Analytics from American University. Travis is a member of Corinthian Lodge #18 of Washington D.C, Prince Hall Masons, and Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. He has held leadership positions and has worked on various committees within these organizations.
Stephen D. Arthur | Director of Social Action
Stephen is a Lobbyist/Consultant for a private lobbying firm that specializes in government relations and energy solutions. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and is currently striving for a Master's degree in Federal Contract Management at Catholic University of America. Stephen holds a leadership position within Prince Hall Social Lodge #1 of Washington D.C. and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity, Inc.
Dejuan M. Tillman | Director of Family Relations & Wilson Family Representative
DeJuan Tillman is a graduate of Hampton University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. DeJuan is a prominent member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. Daily he demonstrates the principals instilled in him while becoming a member of the Fraternity; Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. While managing his professional and personal life, DeJuan continuously upholds the mission statement of being a part of SVGS; seeking to rectify an imbalance of opportunity for those seeking to further their education in a restrictive environment and time. This has motivated him to be a mentor for inner-city youth as well as serving as a baseball coach with Durham Bulls Youth Athletic League. He uses the acronym of SVGS: seeking vision, gaining success, to help nurture the young men he encounters in hopes to elevate their success. Currently, he serves as a Senior Clinical Trials Assistant at Heat Biologics in which DeJuan acts as the liaison between the sites and his company, upholding the company’s focus on increasing the life expectancy of oncology patients. Along with advancing his career, DeJuan has made strides in development of his own company: DSTNY Lifestyle.
Tyrell O. Snape | Director of Marketing and Communications
Tyrell Snape, graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He has over 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Federal Government field. Currently, he serves as a Lead Communication Analyst at RCM on their U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract. In this role, Tyrell manages a team of people helping their government clients create and promote the new federal assistance and procurement website that over 6 million Americans will use daily. Along with advancing his career, Tyrell is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. Tyrell volunteers constantly to feed the homeless, clean up parks, and help repair his neighboring inner cities. To bring balance to his personal and professional life Tyrell lives by his fraternal motto “achievement in every field of human endeavor.” As a member of SVGS, Tyrell plans to inspire the youth and teach them how to turn their visions of success into a reality.
George C. Morton | Director of Scholarship Administration
George Morton, Born in Washington D.C., is a graduate of Hampton University where he majored in Business Management. He has over 7 years of Fleet Management experience as well as Market Research, Sales, and Business Management experience. He is currently a Program Analyst for EL Hamm & Associates and is the head of the company’s contract for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). He services over 2000 employees with their Parking and Transit needs. He also is in charge of TSA HQ Fleet Motorpool where he manages reservations and maintenance of the vehicles. He is a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. He volunteers with feeding the homeless in the local DC Area; as a member of SVGS he truly inspires to give back to the community and wants to provide brotherly support to those who need it.
Mawutor K. Adamaley | Director of Financial Operations
Mawutor Adamaley, hailing from Brooklyn Park, MN is a graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance. Mawutor has been in the auto industry for the last 8 years, specializing in sales and finance with Koons Tysons Toyota, the largest Toyota dealership on the East Coast. As a Finance Manager, he manages relationships with over 30 banks and credit unions in the Central Atlantic Region financing over a million dollars in inventory while processing all Federal, State, and dealer related paperwork. With the knowledge he has gained, Mawutor does financial literacy classes for the youth to give them better understanding of credit and interpersonal skills in everyday life related to finances. Mawutor believes through hard work and patience that anything is possible; these are the principals he is looking to instill into the SVGS Foundation and to its various stakeholders.
Christian S. C. Williams | Director of Fundraising
Christian St. Clare Williams graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. Christian has over 8 years experience leading and supervising teams in various forms and capacities. Currently Christian is the Public Works Supervisor for the City of Chamblee, in Chamblee Georgia. Christian is currently finishing his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, of which he plans to utilize to further expand the SVGS foundation as well as other personal endeavors . Christian is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. As the creator of the SVGS mantra, Christian truly takes pride in Seeking Visions and Gaining Success.
